Opening a Zilok account and creating a profile only takes a couple minutes, then all items for rent in your inventory can be uploaded on your account either by the Zilok team, by BIU. The Batch Inventory Upload (BIUP) tool allows you to upload an inventory of thousands of items in hundreds of locations in seconds by submitting a preformatted spreadsheet.

Seasonal and multiple pricing management
Each item published on Zilok has its own availability calendar, to which you may cross out rented out dates, and which tells you when the item is booked on Zilok.
If your renting prices are seasonal, or if certain items are discounted during a specific period of time, having a Business Account will allow you to adapt all Zilok published prices on your profile to your business' pricing policy.
Unlimited rental items in unlimited locations across Europe and USA
Zilok's rental platform allows you to manage thousands of rental items spread out in hundreds of locations from one single account. However, the Zilok team may open multiple accounts for your multiple locations if needed. Zilok is currently active in the UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands and North America.
Analytical tools and online inventory management interface
Zilok provides advanced rental management functionalities that allow you to monitor, control and manage your rental activity online. Your Business Account will provide you valuable and transparent information about your business with key figures, statistics and reports. Our system allows you to enable hundreds of simultaneous transactions involving inventories of thousands of rental items, accessible simply through your Business Account.
